Dr. Gracemary K.H. Leung
PhD (London), MSc(Clin) Exeter, MBA (Bournemouth), BA (Hons) Lon., C.Psychol, AFBPsS, HCPC, AFHKPs, HKICP, AFHKPCA
Dr. Gracemary Leung is a Chartered Clinical psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Associate Fellow of the HK Psychological Society.
Dr. Leung worked in the UK from 1978 where she initiated and managed care programs for the rehabilitation of people with schizophrenia and for behaviorally disturbed adolescents and children. From 1991, she served as the Director of Community Forensic services. Her clinical experience includes working with schizophrenia, violent and sex offenders, cognitive behavior therapy for pain patients, suicidal prevention and depressed patients, and problem Internet users and gamblers.
From Sept 2000, she taught in a variety of departments at The University of Hong Kong, including the roles of Director of Psychological Services Unit and Acting Director for Student Development and Counseling. Retiring in August 2006, she continues to offer courses and therapy part-time. Currently, she works with Central Health London. She has also run many training workshops on communication, change management, stress management, and workplace violence both in corporate and governmental sectors.
Dr. Leung is a longstanding and sought-after professor in Hong Kong and an expert in the field of mental health. She serves as Honorary Consultant to Positive Mindset.

Cherry Cheung
MSocSc Counselling HKU, MSSc (PP) University College London, BBA CUHK, MHKPCA
Cherry specializes in working with adults and couples, focusing on depression, anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges. Her practice is rooted in evidence-based treatments designed to facilitate enduring positive changes. Cherry is committed to fostering growth and transformation, offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood, supported, and meaningfully challenged.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works collaboratively with clients to understand their unique emotional landscape, transform dysfunctional patterns and build a more fulfilling future.
Cherry graduated with her Masters in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong. With extensive experience in NGOs, universities and private practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She has been invited to deliver workshops on various mental health topics.
Cherry conducts therapy in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.


Eva Cheung

Eva holds degrees in both Psychology and Counselling. Her counselling approach is grounded in psychology and evidence-based practices (Cognitive-behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy).
Eva has extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups, from children to young adults to adults to seniors, addressing a wide range of issues including acute stress, sleep disturbances, communication and interpersonal challenges, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and bereavement.
Eva specialises in working with individuals experiencing different types of anxiety, such as general anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, and illness anxiety. She incorporates behavioural practices like breathing exercises, stretches, and mindfulness to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.
Due to her diverse professional background, Eva's clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, including students, freelance workers, homemakers, teachers, bankers, and healthcare professionals, each facing unique life challenges.
Eva firmly believes that everyone has the capacity to make positive changes in their lives when provided with the right tools, and that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Eva conducts therapy sessions in Cantonese and English.
